About the project

We received an enquiry for a contract clean at a large office space due to poor communication and management of the contract from their current cleaning contractor. This is where Vivo stepped in!

What happened next?

After the enquiry came through, George went out to see the client the very same day. George looked to understand the clients pain points in terms of the service they're currently receiving and outlined just how we would look to operate.

Within 48 hours, the full quotation for the works was with the client and the quotation was accepted just a few days later.

The TUPE process began with the existing cleaners (which the client did not have to get involved with, we look after it all) and whilst this process was ongoing, Vivo got organising!

Management visited site to put together a cleaning check list and to advise the client on any cleaning related compliancy issues such as warning signs and whether the cleaning cupboard is locked with chemicals stashed away safely. Vivo management also spent time establishing the specific cleaning products and equipment required for that specific site. Each premises is different and has it's own nuances so Vivo like to spend time getting to know the client and the building prior to formally taking over the contract.

Within 45 days, the whole process was complete. The staff had been TUPE'd across from the previous contractor whom were pleased to be informed that they were receiving a payrise. Ensuring the relationship get's off on a positive note.

We are now 3 months into the contract and the client is thrilled with the rise in standards, commuication levels and also the additional services we offer. We are now looking after all of their consumables ordering, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. One point of contact. One invoice. Excellent standards. One happy new client!
